No. 01 Desk with Extension
The desk top is made of chipboard (density 720 kg/m3, formaldehyde emissions class E1, fire reaction "D-s2, d0" / "Class 2") with a thickness of 18 mm, coated with anti-reflective melamine resin and edged with ABS (thickness 2 mm, with rounded edges). The desk top is equipped with threaded inserts for attachment to the structure and for screens. The desk top is fixed with screws to the brackets and to the lateral supports of the legs. Both the brackets and the lateral supports create a space of 5 mm between the leg and the desk top. The standard height of the work surface from the ground is 740 mm. The structure is made of a single square steel tube (45 x 45 mm) with a thickness of 1.5 mm and rounded edges. The tube is laser-cut, bent, and welded, forming 2 side uprights joined by a support crossbar.
