N.02 Elevating Bench
Top made of chipboard 28 mm thick, coated with anti-reflective melamine resins and edged in ABS (2 mm thick, with rounded edges). The top is equipped with threaded inserts for attachment to the structure. The top is fixed to the legs with metric screws. The leg is made up of a pair of central stems joined together by a joining crosspiece. Each stem is composed of a tubular with a rectangular section (60 x 110 mm) in 2 mm thick steel sheet inside which runs another tubular with a rectangular section (50 x 100 mm) with a thickness of 2 mm. The joining crosspiece is made with a 2 mm thick rectangular section tubular (50 x 100 mm) and is equipped with threaded inserts for fixing the trays and screens. Under the stem there are a pair of adjustable metal feet coated with polyethylene that allow a range of +10 mm for leveling.
The desk is equipped with a push-button panel to operate the worktop lift. The control unit receives commands from the push-button panel and synchronizes the operation of the leg motors. It is available with both 240 V (EU and UK versions) and 120 V (US version) power supplies. There are 2 types of pushbutton panel: “A” (base) and “B” (with digital display). The "A" type push-button panel has only the basic "UP and" DOWN "commands. (As in the photo)
Button panel "B" additionally features a digital display and allows the user to memorize up to 4 different height positions by associating them with buttons numbered from 1 to 4
The top starts from a minimum height of 65 cm up to a maximum height of 125 cm.
N.01 Protective screen
It is made of 28 mm thick chipboard, coated with anti-reflective melamine resins and edged in ABS (2 mm thick, with rounded edges).
The screen is supported by a pair of 8 mm thick sheet steel clamps painted with epoxy powders. The clamp is fixed to the joining crosspieces of the leg and to the screen, both equipped with holes with threaded inserts, with metric screws.
The height of the screen alone is 800 mm, while the overall height from the ground is 1412 mm (with 1-stage leg) or 1322 mm (with 2-stage leg). Its width is equal to that of the desk.
N.03 Vertebrae cable passer
Consisting of a 3.5 mm thick sheet steel base, folded (overall dimensions 150 x 150 x 16 mm) and painted with epoxy powders, and a series of rectangular section plastic elements joined together to route the cables to the floor. Each element has a section of 65 x 40 mm. For each vertebra there are 45 elements with a height of 30 mm (theoretical maximum height 1350 mm). At the end there is a terminal element for fixing to the top (using self-tapping wood screws).
In the image it is possible to see the presence of 2 vertebrae 140 cm and one 84 cm.
N.02 Monitor holder arm
Adjustable with gas spring. It supports monitors up to 32 "and a maximum weight of 9 kg. Consisting of a support to which an arm is connected that can move vertically and horizontally. At the end of the movable arm there is a plate for supporting LCD / LET / TFT screens . The support is fixed to the desk top with a central screw or clamp. It has 3 articulation points and is suitable for screens from 10 "to 32" with a maximum load capacity of up to 9 kg. Suitable for screens with VESA holes model 75x75 mm or 100x100 mm The monitor power cable can be placed on the lower part of the arm.
Main building materials: chipboard (density 720 kg/m3, formaldehyde emission class E1, fire reaction "D-s2, d0" / "Class 2") with a thickness of 28 mm coated with anti-reflective melamine resins and edged with 2 mm thick ABS.
