Main technical characteristics
melamine: made of 18-mm thick chipboard (density 720 kg/m³, E1 formaldehyde emission, meets CARB requirements), faced with anti-refl ex melamine resins and edged with ABS (2 mm thick with rounded edges). The top is assembled to the structure by means of galvanised brackets fi xed to the top with metric screws and to the beams of the structure with screws and hammer nuts.
fenix NTM: made of 16 mm thick chipboard panel (density 720 kg/m³, formaldehyde emission E1, meets CARB requirements), plated on the upper side with 0.9 mm thick Fenix NTM nanomaterial, composed of paper fi bres impregnated with thermosetting resins. The lower side is faced with 0.9 mm thick high-pressure laminate (HPL). The panel is edged with 1 mm thick ABS with rounded edges. The top is assembled to the structure by means of galvanised brackets fi xed to the top with metric screws and to the beams of the structure with screws and hammer nuts.
glass: 10 mm thick, toughened in accordance with EN 12150 with fl at edges with polished edges, acid-etched on the upper side and painted with water-based paints on the lower side (if the painting is white or dove-coloured, extraclear glass is used) and fi tted with steel studs with threaded holes glued to the underside. The top is assembled to the structure by means of galvanised brackets fi xed to the top with metric screws and to the beams of the structure with screws and hammer nuts.
leg: shaped in die-cast aluminium with an epoxy powder-coated embossed fi nish, with an adjustable polyethylenecoated metal foot allowing +10 mm adjustment for levelling. The upper part is fitted with an insert for attachment to the front profiles
modesty panel: consisting of an 18 mm thick chipboard panel (density 720 kg/m³, class E1 formaldehyde emission, meets CARB requirements), faced with anti-reflection melamine resins, edged in ABS (2 mm thick with rounded edges) and supported by a pair of 3 mm thick steel sheet brackets (dims. 143x50x43 mm) painted with epoxy powders and fixed laterally to the external supporting beams.  flap (top access) metal: consisting of a base frame formed by two anodised or epoxy powder-coated extruded aluminium profiles and two ABS closing elements. The top part comprises an anodised or epoxy powder-coated extruded aluminium flap and a dust cover profile at the outlet. The door can only be opened from one side and there is a piston inside for soft closing. W. 24.5 cm D. 12.3 cm H. 2.5 cm
